1. Overview & Data Controller Identity

This Privacy Policy outlines the practices of WITH YOU MEDYA GIDA SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“With You Global,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding the collection, storage, processing, and disclosure of personal data collected through withyouglobal.com, our newsletter subscriptions, registrar integration pipelines, and our generic Top-Level Domain registry operations (.DEPLOY and .ATLAS).

Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we act as the Data Controller for personal data processed under this policy.

2. Categories of Data Collected

• Website Visitors: IP address, browser user-agent string, page interaction timestamps, and essential functional session cookies.
• Newsletter Subscribers: Email address, optional submitter name, subscription source page, and registration timestamp.
• Contact & Onboarding Inquiries: Submitter name, corporate entity, official registrar IANA ID (where applicable), contact telephone number, and message content.
• Domain Registration Data (RDAP/WHOIS): Data transmitted by ICANN-accredited registrars during domain creation, including registrant organization, technical and administrative contacts, and nameserver configurations.

3. gTLD Registration Data & ICANN RDAP Tiered Access

In accordance with ICANN Temporary Specifications and the Expedited Policy Development Process (EPDP) on gTLD Registration Data:

• Public RDAP Redaction: Personal identifiers (registrant name, postal address, personal email, phone number) are redacted by default in public RDAP/WHOIS lookup queries.
• Tiered & Authenticated Access: Non-public registration data is disclosed only to legitimate third parties (such as law enforcement agencies, trademark owners establishing prima facie infringement, or dispute resolution providers) who establish a verified, lawful basis under GDPR Article 6(1)(f) and KVKK Article 5.
• Data Escrow: As mandated by ICANN Specification 2, registry data is securely escrowed with an ICANN-approved third-party escrow agent on an encrypted daily schedule to guarantee global DNS continuity.

4. Data Subject Rights (KVKK & GDPR)

Under KVKK Article 11 and GDPR Chapter III, data subjects hold the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is being processed and request copies of processed records.
• Request rectification of inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated data.
• Request erasure, anonymization, or deletion of data where legal retention obligations no longer apply.
